The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Vishal Sachan, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 41 of 2024, under Section- 376(2) (N),354(Gha) ,294,363,366,504 506 I.P.C., section 5(1)/6 POCSO Act and section 67A, Information Technology Act, Police Station - Ghatampur, District - Kanpur Nagar. There are allegations in the First Information Report that the victim was abducted by the applicant with intent to marry and committed repeated offence of rape and outraged modesty of the victim and also committed offence under section 67-A I.T.
