Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and 11 Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act, Police Station- Bariyarpur, District- Deoria. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 19.11.2024.
