There are allegations against the applicant of abduction of minor girl with intent to marry, commission of offence of rape , cheating, criminal intimidation and penetrative sexual assault.. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per report of the C.M.O. she is aged about 18-20 years. From the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C. it is clear that she went with applicant without raising any alarm for help and got her date of birth changed in Adhar Card and married him. She lived in hotel but without raising any alarm or cry for help. It is a ca
