Learned AGA informs that notice has been served on the informant, but no one has turned up to oppose the bail application. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of applicant, Vinay Kumar, in Case Crime No. 169 of 2024, under Sections 452, 376, 354D, 506 of IPC and section 67 of IT Act, and section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Kotwali, District- Lalitpur during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of committing the offence of rape, outraging the modesty of the victim and also extending threats to her after entering into her house.
