The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Sadik @ Lalloo with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 272 of 2024, under Sections 8/21/29/60 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Nanauta, District- Saharanpur. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 531 Grams of smack is alleged to have been recovered from the joint possession of the applicant and co-accused persons. In fact no such recovery was effected from the applicant.
