The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Madan @ Pradhan, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.191 of 2024, under Sections 376(AB), 506 IPC, Section 5M/6 POCSO Act and Section 3(2)(5) SC/ST Act, Police Station Saini, District- Kaushambi, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of rape against a minor girl. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that before the trial court, victim has been examined. She has not supported the prosecution case.
