The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Kardam Singh, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 422 of 2023, under Sections 376, 377, 504, 506, 507 of IPC, Police Station- Sarqi Aqil, District- Kaushambi, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant that victim went to him get treatment of her teeth at the clinic of the applicant where he bolted the door and committed the alleged offence. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the victim did not wanted to pay the fees for treatment of her tooth problem. Therefore,the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing in jail since
