The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Asif Ali, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 269/2023, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 506 of IPC, and section 4/25 of arms Act, Police Station- Jansath, District- Muzaffar Nagar, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against in the F.I.R. against the applicant and five others of committing the offence of murder of the deceased. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the F.I.R. has been lodged on 10.10.2023 at 23:33 hours with regard to the incident which took place at 18:30 hours.
