The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ashok Kumar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 155 of 2024, under Sections 376(AB), 506 of IPC and 5/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station Soraon, District- Prayagraj, during pendency of trial. There is allegation against the applicant of committing the offence of rape against a minor girl apart from offence of criminal intimidation and penetrative sexual assault. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that it is a case of false implication. F.I.R. was delayed by four days. Medical examination of the victim was refused by her mother. The applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no criminal history to his credit and is languishing in jail since
