Supplementary-affidavit filed today is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as the learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record. The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Diwakar Kanaujiya, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 97/2024, under Sections 363, 376(3), 506 of IPC and section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Kotwali Ghosi, District- Mau, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of abduction of minor girl, commission of offence of rape, criminal intimidation and penetrative sexual assault. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the victim is aged about 15 years, but in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C., she stated that she went the applicant to Punjab on her own
