This is the second bail application. The first bail application was dismissed for want of prosecution by the coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 19.1.2024. There are allegations against the applicant of committing offence of abduction of minor girl with intent to marry , commission of rape and offence under section 5/6 POCSO Act.. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that victim has been examined before the trial court but she has been turned hostile and not supported the prosecution case. Applicant alleges false implication.The applicant is in jail since 10.1.2020 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
