Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Virendra Kumar, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A. for the State. There are allegations against of committing offence of murder. He is the main accused. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that before the trial court PW-1 has been examined. He has stated that P.W-II, Rajveer, has informed him that Abhishek@ Polu, has committed murder of his father. P.W-II has been examined before the trial court, he has denied that he saw the applicant. He was sleeping at that relevant time. Applicant is in jail since 12.10.2023 and has no criminal history. Learned AGA has opposed the prayer for bail but could not dispute the above submissions.
