Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per ossification test report, the victim is aged about 16 years. Given margin of two years on higher side she can be considered to be major.In the medical examination of the victim no sign of rape was found. From the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C.she admitted that she has friendship with applicant but after this offence the friendship between them has been broken.The applicant is in jail since 8.6.2024 and has criminal history of one case to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
