Heard Sri Aditya Prasad Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant as well as the mother of victim both were earlier married to different persons. Both have married for second time. The victim is the child born from earlier husband of her mother. After marriage between the couple dispute started. Thereafter, the applicant has been falsely implicated by the victim at the behest of her mother who is second wife of applicant. The medical examination of victim was done after three months of incident and only rapture of hymen has been found. The applicant is in jail since 10.04.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail. Keeping in view the nature of the offence, evidence, compli
