There are allegations against the applicant of committing offence of rape and criminal intimidation against the minor girl.There are also allegation that because of commission of offence of rape victim became pregnant and given birth a child and after three months the child died. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that no D.N.A. test of the child delivered by the victim was conducted. He has been falsely implicated in this case.The applicant is in jail since 10.7.2023 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
