There are allegations against the applicant of making attempt to commit offence of rape against a minor girl. Counsel for the applicant submits that from the medical report of victim, no injury was found by the doctor. The victim is aged about 4 years. The parties are neighbours and on account of neighbourly dispute the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He is in jail since 12.12.2023 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
