Heard Sri Ranjit Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Yagyavalk Pandey, learned AGA for the State- respondents and perused the record. 2. This bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Vipin Kumar Yadav, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 386 of 2024, under Sections 137 (2), 74, 87, 96, 142, 143, 351 (3) BNS and Section 3/4 POCSO Act as well as Section 3 (2) (5) SC/ST Act, Police Station Rasoolabad, District Kanpur Dehat. 3. The allegation made in the FIR is that on 14.09.2024, the daughters of first informant and their friends have been missing when they went to Sanidev Temple for Darshan and they have not returned back to their houses. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this case crime number and is languishing in jail since 19.09.2
