Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 251 of 2023, U/S 366, 120(B), 376(D) IPC, Police Station Awagarh, District Etah, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant in collusion with several other co-accused persons is stated to have enticed away the daughter-in-law of the informant. The victim is stated to have taken away certain ornaments and Rs. 2.5 lakh alongwith her. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
