There are allegations against the applicant of causing murder of the son of the informant. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the informant is not the eye witness rather his wife is the eye witness of the incident, as per charge-sheet submitted by the Investigating Officer. It is clear from her statement that she has not actually seen the real assailant. As per her statement before the police, she stated that she came after hearing the sound of firing.
