The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant in Case Crime/FIR No.502 of 2024, under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 118 (1), 109 (1) of BNS and Section 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station-Civil Lines, District-Aligarh, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. As per prosecution version, applicant along with other accused persons, who were engaged in various offences like kidnapping, extortion and making obscene videos in a hostel. The informant came to know about the aforesaid act of the applicant, he raised objection and thereafter, on 25.10.2024, applicant along with other accused persons called the informant and assaulted him with sharp edged weapon, due to which, he sustained knife injuries in his left eye, shoulder and neck.
