By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 381 of 2022 at Police Station Pilkhuwa, District Hapur under Sections 420, 406, 419, 467, 468, 471, 120B I.P.C. and Section 66D I.T. Act. The applicant is in jail since 11.04.2024. The bail application of the accused applicant has been rejected by court of session vide order dated 17.05.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in FIR the informant has alleged that on representation of accused persons namely Satish Kaushik, Raj Kumar Mishra, Meena Singh and Rajni Botha that she won silver and gold bonus on his LIC policies to the tune of Rs.8,50,000/-.
