This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Deepak Chauhan, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 16 of 2024, under Sections 318 (4), 338, 336 (3), 340 (2), 61 (2) BNS and Section 66D I.T. Act, Police Station- Cyber Crime, District -Baghpat. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 26.09.2024. It is argued that FIR has been lodged delayed and no proper explanation has been given by the informant. The investigating officer after completing investigation, submitted charge sheet on 21.11.2024
