The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Udham Singh @ Udam Singh with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 614 of 2024, under Sections 21/22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Chhata, District- Mathura. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 730 gm. of Alprezolam powder is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant.
