Learned counsel for the applicant has filed supplementary affidavit, which is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Viveka Nand Rai, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Anil Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record of the case. 3. The present bail application under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been filed on behalf of applicant, Udham Singh @ Udam Singh with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 614 of 2024, under Sections 21/22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Chhata, District- Mathura. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 730 gm. of Alprezolam powder is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant.
