The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Nadeem, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 125 of 2024, under Sections- 376-AB IPC and Section 5M/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Sahibabad, District- Ghaziabad. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of rape against his minor daughter and also of informant, who is aged about 4 years. Learned A.G.A has placed before this court the injury report of victim which shows mild swelling on her private parts. This Court after hearing the learned counsels for the parties does not finds any ground for enlarging the applicant on bail at this stage. The bail application is accordingly, rejected.
