The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Akhilesh @ Chhotu Shukla, with a prayer to release him on bail in Session Trial No. 1263 of 2020 arising out of Case Crime No. 192 of 2020, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 504, 506, 353, 332, 333, 307, 302, 396, 412, 120-B, 34 I.P.C, Section 3/4 of Explosive Substance Act and Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act, Police Station- Chaubeypur, District- Kanpur Nagar, during pendency of trial. The co-accused, Uma Shankar Yadav @ Tanke and Shiv Tiwari alias Ashutosh Tripathi, have been enlarged on bail in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos.28837 of 2024 and 2318 of 2025 respectively. The prayer for release of the applicant on bail on the ground of parity has been made
