Earlier two bail applications of the applicant were rejected on 14.09.2021 and 10.04.2024 by the coordinate Benches of this court first on merits and the other for want of prosecution. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not named in the F.I.R. His name has surfaced in the confessional statements of co-accused, Mateen, Sameer Sheikh and Wajeed. All of them have been enlarged on bail by coordinate Benches of this court vide Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 15344 of 2021, 15938 of 2023 and 8416 of 2022 which are available now. The applicant is in jail since 07.02.2021 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
