The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Ram Kishun Yadav, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 217 of 2023, under Sections 302, 34, 120-B IPC & 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station Mehnajpur, District- Azamgarh, during pendency of trial. There are allegations in the FIR that dispute of land of the informant is pending with co-accused, Yogesh Yadav and the applicant, Ram Krishun Yadav, on account of which they have caused murder of elder brother of the informant, Pintu Jaiswal, today, i.e., 13.10.2023 at about 4:00 p.m. When the informant and his nephew, Ajeet Jaiswal, reached from behind, the applicant and co-accused vanished on their motorcycle after causing fire arm injury to the deceased.
