This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Deepak Kumar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 15 of 2024, under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66D of Information Technology, Police Station- Cyber Crime, District- Bulandshahar. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 21.11.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly placed co-accused, namely, Avinash Kaushik Alias Aashi has already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order date
