The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Krishna Dubey, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No.221 of 2023, under Section 376AB IPC and Section 5M/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Gahamar, District- Ghazipur, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant of committing the offence of rape against a minor girl. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that medical report of the victim does not supports the prosecution case at all.
