The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Yogesh, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 325 of 2022, under Sections 376AB, 506 IPC and 5J(II), 5m, 5n/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Narsaina, District- Bulandshahar, during pendency of trial. There are allegations against the applicant that he is violated his own niece. He is related as uncle (Mausa) of child victim. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the informant and learned AGA have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the applicant. This Court, after hearing the learned counsels for the parties, does
