Learned counsel for the applicant submits that P.W.1,P.W.2 and P.W.3, who are uncle, father and eye witness of the incident, have been examined before the trial court, they have not supported the prosecution case.Total five prosecution witnesses have been examined. There are 24 prosecution witnesses at all.The applicant is in jail since 11.3.2022 and has no criminal history to his credit. On the other hand learned A.G.A has opposed the prayer for bail.
