Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.192 of 2024, under Sections 357, 376(2)N, 323, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Kant, District- Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the victim is stated to have a divorcee and the applicant is stated to have established corporeal relationship with her on the false promise of marriage. On being pressed by the victim to marry, the applicant and his wife are stated to have assaulted her and refused to comply with the said promise on 27.5.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
