The present bail application under Section 483 BNSS has been filed on behalf of applicant, Santosh Kumar @ Babu, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 857 of 2024, under Section 8/22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Vijay Nagar, District- Ghaziabad. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that as per prosecution version 1,400 Kg. of Ganja and 390 gram Alprozolam powder are alleged to have been recovered from the joint possession of the applicant and co-accused Shailesh Kumar.
