This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Golu Alias Arvind Musahar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 301 of 2024, under Section 109, 118, 115 (2) B.N.S. and Section 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station-Kerakat, District-Jaunpur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 26.09.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that a First Information Report has been lodged on 12.08.2024 with the allegation that during a sudden quarrel the applicant and other accused person has attacked the first informant with knife.
