Heard Sri Sanjay Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.333 of 2024, under Sections 64(1), 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station- Mauaima, District- Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have barged into the house of the informant in her absence and committed rape with her daughter on 19.10.2024 at about 05:00 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR is delayed by about two days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has further stated that the victim seems to be a consent
