Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.158 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 333, 64(1) B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station- Tajganj, District- Agra, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed with the victim on 6.3.2025 at about 11:00 p.m. and the victim started bleeding profusely, as such, she was admitted by her guardian in the hospital. On seeing her condition worsening, she was referred to SN Medical College, Agra. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
