Heard Sri Sandeep Kumar Chaturvedi, Advocate holding brief of Sri Digambar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.106 of 2025, under Sections 64, 87, 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Lar, District- Deoria, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR is delayed by more than one day and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further stated that the victim is a consenting party as is but evident from her statement recorded U/s 183 B.N.S.S. The victim is major aged about 19 years. 6. It is further argued by learned counsel for t
