Heard Sri Awadhesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.71 of 2025, under Sections 137(2), 64(2)ड B.N.S., 3(2)(V) SC/ST Act and 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station- Milak, District- Rampur, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim in the night on 25.2.2025 when she had gone to ease herself out. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR is delayed by about two days and there is no explanation of the said delay cause
