As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed sexual harassment of the victim and had even torn off her upper garment with an intention to commit rape with her in the midnight of 13/14.2.2025, as such, the victim is stated to have fallen down from the cot. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case with a view to cause unnecessary harassment and to victimize him.
