The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 514 of 2009, under Sections 394, 302, 411 IPC, Police Station Aliganj, District Etah during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, technically this is second bail application filed on behalf of the applicant but his first bail application was dismissed for want of prosecution due to none presence of his counsel, therefore, till date bail application of the applicant could not be disposed off on merit. 4.
