Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 110 of 2022, U/S 363, 376D, 341 IPC and 5/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Taryasujan, District Kushinagar, during the pendency of trial. 6. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Nitesh Kumar has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 26.7.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 52403 of 2023. The applicant is languishing in jail since 17.2.2025, having criminal history of one case, which stands explained vide supplementary affidavit
