As per prosecution story, the allegations against the applicant are that he had raped the victim on 10.8.2024 and had clicked certain indecent photographs and video of her and had blackmailed her. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence.
