Heard Sri Anit Mani Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Amit Kumar, learned State Law Officer and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.186 of 2025, under Sections 64, 333, 351(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Pipraich, District- Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the allegations against the applicant are that he had raped the victim on 10.8.2024 and had clicked certain indecent photographs and video of her and had blackmailed her. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence.
