Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.199 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 70(2) B.N.S. and 5G/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Airport, District- - Prayagraj, during the pendency of trial. 5. The applicant was granted interim bail by this Court vide order dated 6.2.2025 as he was ready to marry the victim. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant and victim have solemnized marriage with each other and are living happily. The applicant has also applied for registration of their marriage online. The copy of the ma
