By means of this application, the applicant, Anil, who is involved in Case Crime No. 409 of 2023, under Sections- 376, 511, 506 IPC and Section 17/18 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Ghughuli, District- Maharajganj and is in jail since 06.04.2024 is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused, Suraj @ Sarju, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court by the order of date passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 20066 of 2024. He has further submitted that since the role of the applicant is identical to that of co-accused, Suraj @ Sarju, who has already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity and for the reasons given in
