This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Pooja Gupta , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.730 of 2024, under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 340(2) of B.N.S. and Section 6/10 of U.P. Public Examination Act, Police Statin- Naini, District- Prayagraj. This is the second bail application. The first bail application i.e. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.451 of 2025 (Pooja Gupta Vs. State of U.P.) has been rejected by this Court vide its judgment and order dated 18.03.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. She has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 15.12.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that charge-sheet has
