This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Rahul, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 188 of 2024, under Sections 109, 126 (2), 61 (2) BNS and Section 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Pallavpuram, District- Meerut. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 24.07.2024. It is submitted that similarly placed co-accused, Nishant Tyagi, has already been enlarged on bail of by coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 16.04
