The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 13 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238, 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Kon, District Sonbhadra during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, FIR of the present case was lodged against husband of the deceased and his father but during investigation applicant has been made accused in the present matter on the ground that he had mobile conversation with the husband of the deceased. 4.
