Parmar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Complaint Case No.104 of 2021, under Sections 354B, 376, 506 I.P.C., 3/4 POCSO Act and 67B I.T. Act, Police Station- Baberu, District- Banda, during the pendency of trial. 5. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person Suresh Khengar has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 8.7.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.24484 of 2024. The applicant is languishing in jail since 13.4.2025, having no criminal history to his credit.
