Heard Sri Vikash Chandra Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.157 of 2025, under Sections 74, 352, 351(3), 308(5), 64(2)m B.N.S., Police Station- Sadar Bazar, District- Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR is delayed by about two years and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has further stated that there is no recovery of any video or photograph whatsoever by the investigating Officer, as such, the allegations are per se false.
