Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 52 of 2025, under Sections 64, 137(2) B.N.S. and 3/4 POCSO Act and 3(2), (5Ka), 3(2), (5) S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station Gahmar, District Ghazipur, during the pendency of trial. 5. The FIR was instituted by the informant against unknown persons by the informant regarding his missing daughter since 10.3.2025. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
